Seventh relief aid trip

The trip started by packing a volunteer provided van in Joensuu. A truck was packed by Ukrainians in Finland Association at the association's premises in Vantaa. In addition to the truck and van, a caravan was also handed over to the Ukrainians. We also bought a SUV &endash; Kia Sorrento &endash; a couple of weeks before the trip to be delivered to Ukraine.

In Ukraine we were hosted by the Kharkiv Rotarians, who also helped with the paperwork. The lorry was unloaded directly onto another lorry and it went straight across the border towards the front line.

We are very happy with the cooperation!
